用dynaform做热冲压成形求解时出现的一些问题
以下是我用dynaform做热成形时出现的一些问题,希望有经验的大神多多指教1.首先出现关于主从面定义方向问题,计算时出现

我想请教大神们,我在定义的时候都定义了从面法向指向主面啊,这是什么问题呢,这个warning出现了很多次。
2.再就是算法不收敛的问题了,想请教一下,有没有用MAT106材料做过模拟的,指教一下呗

3.呃,最后就是求解时间步设置的不对了

希望有经验的大神对热冲压方面进行一些指导 多谢了 DYNA没用过热成型,帮顶了。。 问题算是初步解决了,mat106材料模型不收敛是求解设置问题,相关参数也有一定关系,时间步长改小了一点就能算了,这个问题还在研究中,总之是能算出结果来,有兴趣的可以讨论一下 我先在也是再用这个模型进行热成形,时间步长你是怎么改小的?
